As Attorneys at Law and Advocates, we represent Clients in litigation proceedings at Polish Courts, regarding recourse claims recovery – at Regional Courts, Appelate Courts as well as at Supreme Court. We provide services in entire Poland.

We cooperate with surveyors in order assist you In claims assessment, proving your claims, and provide insurers/courts in your country with suitable documentation and proofs of your tort claims.

If you have received the court sentence (incl. the court sentence of your country) that shall be executed in Poland, our commitment is to represent you in execution proceedings and claims collection in Poland.
